A seat at the table for everyone.

We want everyone to be able to learn about Roberts Famous Chicken Salad and find a store nearby. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we keep improving the site as we learn.

What we’ve built in

• A “Skip to content” link and consistent page landmarks and headings.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, such as our product photos.
• Visible focus outlines for keyboard users, and labeled fields on the contact form.
• A searchable store list alongside the map, with search results announced to screen readers.
• Reduced motion when your device asks for it.

Known limitations

• The interactive store map can be hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader. The store list and search on the same page offer the same stores, addresses and directions links.
• Some older documents, such as product label PDFs, may not be fully accessible.
• Pages and services from other companies that we link to, such as Instagram and Google Maps, are outside our control.

This statement is based on our own review of the site. It isn’t a certification of full conformance.
